okay, so i wanted my hair cut.. stupid hairdresser cut my hair WAY shorter then i wanted... especially in the front.. like geez, the bangs are way to short, they aare off to the side.. but then the sides of my fac,e make me look like i have a square head. then i straighten my hair, and the layered hair on each side of my face curls in .. i want it straight down ... HOW CAN I FIX THIS??????? please its driving me crazy and im crying over my stupid too short haircut!!!!

Go to a good salon and have them try and fix it. I'm sure they can!

straighten your hair with a iron but on the bottom keep the iron for some time but not to long to make it straight.

separate the layers with your fingers, and the straighten the layer that needs straightening!! i am so sorry! or at least get some gel, but it over that hair, and BRUSH through it!!

For awhile- this is what i did when it was to short, i took two clips and took half on my hair on both side and clipped it where it crosses my ears. i got alota complimates on that style evn though i didn't like my new cut. so that is a way you can hide it 'till you love your new hair.

maybe try wearing your bangs down like this

get extensions or clip on extensions

i totally know what you mean, some hairdresser shouldn't be allowed to pickup scissors

i went through the similiar episode last year around this time after my stupid haircut, i looked awful, so here is what i did:

i picked up a pair of scissors and cut my own hair LOL like fixing it the way i wanted, and damn i looked good hehehe and been fixing/trimming my hair since LOL

i would recommend the following options:

1. storm back to the salon and demand they fix your hair

2. do what i did, fix it yourself =) which isn't really hard hehehe just make sure you know the style you want

3. um.... keep crying (soryr i know this sounds mean but really.... i would be crying too and i did last year LOL)

but either way

go browse through the internet on "short" haircuts/hair designs

see one that you like print it out and do one of hte options i listed above

and another thing

hair grows =)

see it as "it can't get any worse than this" when you are about to get your hair fixed either by yourself or by the same salon people

THERE IS NOT MUCH YOU CAN DO BUT TRY TO SEE IF ANOTHER PERSON CAN FIX IT. IF YOU EVER GO BACK TO THAT PERSON MAKE SURE TO WATCH CAREFULLY ALSO TELL THEM WHEN TO STOP

Unfortunately, if you do not want to do what any of the responses suggest then you just have to let it grow out. Style it, put hair clips in it, straighten it, etc. Do everything that you can to help yourself and stay calm, because your hair will grow.

Go back to the hair salon and tell them what happened in an angry tone so that they get the point that you don't like what they did.
