I want to get scene hair, but I do not want to cut my hair short, and after I get it cut I want to get electric blue highlights put in it.

short choppy layers on top, do the blue streaks under or on your bangs. anything is considered scene hair as long as its big and multicolored, i swear. its not original anymore. lol i know its cute but eh D:
