I had really long hair and got them cut...and was regretting it for a week. Then i started to style them and i started to get a lot of compliments on short hair. So my pt. is that if u don't experiment while ur still young u won't know. i'd go with a med. length haircut like of nicole richie in ur pic and maybe also get it lighter. but u'd have to be sure and even if u regret it getting short make the best of it and u'd be surprised.

ofcourse the link helped helped but one thing you could do is them colored but dont get them cut short because very short hair will look very bad on your face. You should not cut hair their already. I will look weird with short hair!
