I've been cast in a play that's set in the South in the 1940's. My role is that of the court clerk. I'd love to have some links to entire sites or even just a page or two of a site that would have images of hairdos (wigs would be fine; that's probably what I'm going to use since my own hair is cut short) and clothing styles suitable for a woman in the secretarial field.

A really good source would be using the Pearl Harbor movie photos...or just watch the movie again. Placed in 1941, the hairdos are exactly what you are looking for. Hope this helps! Kate Beckinsale has the best hair in this movie.
