Short n green or long n highted?

ive been thinking bout this...

should i cut my hair short (bout 1-2 inches off ma head) n dye it green or should i jus keep it long n highlight it blue n orange???

if i keep it long could you suggest some messy n unique haircut i could get??? im not strong in subjects like these X/

dark brown with green %26amp;/or blue highlights that are on top or under the top layer of hair. my friend did this %26amp; her hair is short %26amp; choppy length. i LOVE it. she had this turqouise color that was frikin AMAZING lol have fun! your hair sounds fun
