HELP! Hair emergency!?

I recently (in fact, today) got my hair cut. It has side bangs, layers, and is cut short. Unfortunately, I don't know how the woman there dried it, but the ends of all the layers curve out, and I look like a 50s girl! I hate it!

My mom won't let me straighten my hair anymore (I used to). Is there anyway I can make it straight without the straightener? Like by using the blow dryer or something in a special technique or something?

Thanks!!

HELP! Hair emergency!?

This is so not an emergency.

HELP! Hair emergency!?

you can just a hair dryer. all you have to do is put it at the top of your head, pointing straight down :]

HELP! Hair emergency!?

BRITTNEY SPEARS IT!!!

SHAVE IT OFF!!!!

HELP! Hair emergency!?

shave it all off!

HELP! Hair emergency!?

Try blow drying it with a round brush a boars head round brush works the best. Flat ironing your hair is ok as long as you use a heat protectant. Same goes for blowdrying.

HELP! Hair emergency!?

blow dry it while brushing it down. if you have a circular brush, use that while blowdrying it.

or..take a shower!! it will go away

HELP! Hair emergency!?

Get a rounded brush and curl it inward as you dry. This works, I promise!!!

HELP! Hair emergency!?

I like to wash my hair at night and leave it loose so that it dries. In the morning i comb it out and flat iron it. You won't get any flips just straight hair. It takes about twenty minutes every time i do it and it looks great. Good Luck

HELP! Hair emergency!?

wet your hair and just brush it through.

why not try scurnching your hair? and yeah, my mom took away the straightner too. she says its "not good and you should wear your hair natural"...yeah natural is a poof ball.

HELP! Hair emergency!?

but a head band on it or but the sides in pone tail es or grab some of both sides and but that in a pone

if it's flipped out pretty good, you could put some fiber or palmade in it, which will give it some weight. This is if you're going out tonight, otherwise take a shower and it will not be like that anymore.

HELP! Hair emergency!?

Oh my gosh the exact same thing happened to me!

Yeah once your hair is wet, take a comb and flip your hair in with it and then just use a blowdryer to dry it.

HELP! Hair emergency!?

it might help if you use a straighter brush and make sure you don't twist it when you blowdry your hair. I'm not exactly sure what to do because I always just straighten my hair, but I know it can be done with a blowdryer so good luck!

You need to get some good hair product that will protect your hair when you blow dry it. Use leave in conditioner, and some gel (Garnier Sleek and Shine is great). Use a large barrel brush to straighten your hair while blow drying. Start from the roots and work your way down to the ends.

HELP! Hair emergency!?

This isnt going to be much help...but my hair flips out at the ends and it doesnt even really work 2 straighten it....im trying to figure out how 2 get it straight 2!

HELP! Hair emergency!?

something similar happend to me once. I got a 'perm' at this place that was supposed to be 'relaxed' not like crazy perm, so i went for it and paid like $200 and i liked it for the day but after a shower it went straight again and flipped out in a weird way so i had to re-straighten it.

But unfortuantely i hav straight hair so i dont own a hair straightener so what i did was after shower was to blow dry my hair with a brush.

- dont use a round brush because it is alot harder. Use a paddle-like brush that has a large surface!

- ur hair dryer on ur right hand and brush on ur left (or vice versa) and have ur hair on top of ur brush and then hair dryer pressed against it. and then move it down like brushing ur hair.

- its alot easier when ur head is upside down, so bend over and then try it!!

There is a shampoo and conditioner that is supposed to make your hair straight. I bought it at SALLY and it was reasonably priced. Of course, it never worked for me as my hair is SOO thick and curly. But it is worth a shot...

It's called Slickline Smoothing Shampoo.

HELP! Hair emergency!?

wash it

HELP! Hair emergency!?

My hair is like that too sometimes!!! I use the Herbal Essences Pin Straight Shampoo, then blow dry it all the way. It works for me and so it should work for you too!

HELP! Hair emergency!?

I understand what you are saying and i usually have the same problem. Its really simple, just wet your hair and once it is soaked, brush it straight and keep on brushing it until it stays. If your hair still goes back the same way, wet your hair again, rub conditioner on the ends and brush it a few times thru before rinsing it out. A blow dryer may work, just keep brushing it while your blow drying it.

Good Luck!!

HELP! Hair emergency!?

use a flat iron or wet it blow dry it with the comb attachment then flat iron it,you will love the results.

HELP! Hair emergency!?

Make your hair wet, take a curled bush, or regular soft bristle brush. Blowdry the hair curled in. You might want to give it volume by curling the top more. After all is dry, brush it with a comb and there ya go! Vive Pro shampoo works for special types of hair. You can buy it cheap at wal*mart.

HELP! Hair emergency!?

Yes, you can use a hair product called Strait Line By Lanza. You can purchase it a t any hair salons, I purchased mine at Trade Secret but if you don't want to use any product a hair dryer with a round brush or paddle brush when drying would help the best.
