I want to get my hair cut tommorow, and I wanna get my bangs angled, but I want like, the top of my hair to be piecey. Just the top. I dont want it cut short, but just piecey, and like a few pieces look like they are sticking up, but the length isnt cut, its just volume. What is that, or if you could explain to me what I even mean.

I did that hair cut my last day in hair school. just tell them to texturize the crown area. explain to them that you want height and volume and they should be able to do it. What I did is kind of a back comb teasing technique but with the scissors cuz it didn't take away from the length but make some piece shorter which lifted up the hair. They can also do a slicing technique. I side swoop bang would be cute with that. Good luck with the cut, its gonna look great.
