Aaaaaaaah! My hair!!!?

Here楹搒 the deal - After the pregnancy, when my daughter was round about 4 month old, i started loosing hair.(A LOT!) She楹搒 6 1/2 month old meanwhile.

I allways had very thick hair and I know that I get dandruff when it grows long. by now it reaches my shoulders. I had this length before, but it has never been like that. I wash it and the next day it楹搒 like a thick layer all over my head! And I just realized that, if it goes on like that, I could go bald! I mean the number of hair on my head isn楹搕 endless.

Is it the hormons= Will it go away= Does it help if I cut my hair short= It楹搒 like the skin can楹搕 breath.

Please help, it really freaks me out!

MY HAIR FALLS ALOT AS WELL

i went to the demartologist

i suggest you do the same

and they are not really expensive

i paid like 40 bucks for the consult

Aaaaaaaah! My hair!!!?

it is normal to loose 50 hairs a day and that is for everyone and when you have a child it is normal to loose a little more for a while I believe it will clear up give it some time .

Aaaaaaaah! My hair!!!?

This is very strange and sounds hormonal - I'd bring it up with your MD - and see if they can offer you some products to help they would know 'better' I'd be fearful to suggest things because your hair is fragile.

Take your prenatal vitamins again if you can??

Drink more milk (dairy)

protein and take vitamin e -

Your hormones are regulating themselves. This could go on for quite a while, and it is normal. If it concerns you, speak with your OB/GYN.

Aaaaaaaah! My hair!!!?

Although pregnancy hormones could definetly be a factor, it is perfectly normal to loose on average 75-150 individual hairs per day, and for those with dense heads of hair, even more. If you start to notice actual patches of baldness, then I would see your doctor. However, if you are nursing, I might suggest trying to get all the nutrients that you can into your body, when you nurse, a lot of the nutrients go right to your breastmilk.....I'm a mother of two, and a hairstylist, so I hope this helps. Also, if you are really concerned, I wouldn't be afraid to take this issue to your family doctor, that is what they are here for!!

you should go to a doctor first off then get scalp treatments regularly at a salon.
